Here's a bit more detail on what we see you doing in this role:

As Head Bartender, you'll lead the bar team in delivering a stand-out drinks experience-from signature cocktails to refined classics. You'll support training, product knowledge, stock rotation and ensure service is seamless, polished, and personal.

Who we are looking for:

• 2+ years' experience in a senior bar role within luxury or high-volume venues
• Confident leading service and supporting with rota planning
• Excellent drinks knowledge, from spirits and wine to garnishing and glassware
• Enthusiastic, composed, and passionate about hospitality

What's in it for you?

The on target earning potential for this role is £48,555 per annum - comprising a base salary of £33,930, plus a qualified estimate of £14,625 in gratuities and service charge.
