Head Barista - Daytime only

Lantana are a collection of Australian-founded restaurants in the heart of London. We are famous for our brunches but are incredibly proud of our entire Australian-inspired menu, not to mention our speciality coffee!

We are currently recruiting for a Barista, with Supervisor experience, to join us in our smaller restaurant in Fitzrovia; could it be you?

What You'll Be Doing

• Leading and managing shifts in a controlled but relaxed way
• Keeping customers happy and everyone safe
• Working closely with your kitchen to unite FOH and BOH
• Being hands-on in our restaurants, including keeping them nice and clean
