Job Description

The Lion Inn is seeking a seasoned Head Banqueting Chef to lead its banqueting kitchen and oversee high-volume weddings, conferences and private dining events. The role blends banqueting expertise with occasional support for the premium restaurant team.

You will drive menu development, HACCP compliance and food cost control, while mentoring junior kitchen staff and delivering exceptional guest experiences.
