Head Baker & Team Leader - Lead, Train & Bake Fresh

GAIL's Bread in Bristol is seeking a Head Baker who can lead, train and inspire others to deliver our fresh bread and cakes to high standards. You will manage early shifts (approx 5:30am-6:30am), prove and bake items for our displays, and ensure you and your team follow food safety and quality guidelines.
