Head Baker & Team Leader - Bake, Lead & Inspire

GAIL's Bread is seeking a Head Baker to lead and train our bakery team, ensuring high-quality bread and cakes while upholding food-safety standards. You will actively prove and bake items for display and supervise staff to maximise performance.
