Head Baker & Pastry Lead - Innovate & Inspire

Bents is seeking an experienced Head Baker to lead our Bakery & Pastry Team in our brand-new Kitchen, opening in September. The role oversees all bakery and pastry production across the business with a focus on quality, consistency and presentation.

You will manage a brigade of 8, develop new products, control costs and ensure HACCP and health & safety compliance. This full-time role is 40 hours per week with probation and a weekend shift pattern; salary £34,000-£36,000 depending on experience.
