Hard FM Project Lead: Complex Estate Delivery

Sodexo is recruiting a Hard FM Project Manager for our site at Merville Barracks, Colchester, CO2 7UT. You will lead multiple Hard FM, construction, and lifecycle projects from scope through to handover, managing budgets, schedules and compliance.

You will collaborate with MoD stakeholders, clients, and contractors to deliver safe, on-time outcomes while maintaining operational continuity. This role requires strong contractor management and experience across building services and refurbishments.
