Handyman

CBRE Global Workplace Solutions is recruiting a mobile Handyman to join the team. The position is located in the London Office.

What You'll Do

• Perform preventative & reactive maintenance, diagnose faults, and implement effective repairs across all building services systems.
• Repairs floor & wall coverings.
• Responsible for other building maintenance & installation works as required.
• Accountable for lighting, general lamp changes, Filter Changes AHU's / FCU's and Basic Plumbing requirements.
• Provide excellent customer service, respond to requests, and maintain effective communication with all stakeholders.
• Oversee and liaise with contractors across site.
• Maintain accurate records of all maintenance activities, inspections, and equipment logs.
• Ensure adherence to health & safety regulations, conduct inspections, and maintain accurate records of compliance.

Working Hours

• 8am - 4:30pm
• Monday to Friday
• Overtime possibilities

What You'll Need

• Experience of working in high profile work environment
• Escorting/Permitting
• Previous fabric experience advantageous
• PC literate & good customer relationship skills
