Handy Person - Portadown

Handy Person immediately required to work with our client the NI Housing Executive. This is a temporary role for a minimum of 3 months with an hourly pay of £13.69 working 8:30am - 4:30pm Monday to Thursday and Friday 8:30am - 4pm.

The main duties in this role will be to work alongside Tradespersons to undertake a range of tasks on buildings in the Portadown area.

These duties will include;
- External work to include Erection and repair of fences, ground works, concrete repairs, flagging and garden maintenance, clearing of blockages and repairs to foul and water drainage systems and power washing.
- Internal work will include Minor plastering, plumbing, joinery repairs and painting work and all general handy person duties
- Driving of box van to collect and distribute tools and equipment to sites

What We Need From You
- Previous experience in a similar role.
- C1 Class Driving Licence
- Wiliness to undertake an Access NI police check
