Hands-On Yard Operative - Training Provided, Mon-Fri

Pertemps Reading is recruiting for a Yard Operative to join a busy manufacturing team near Aldermaston. This full-time, hands-on role handles welding materials, sheet metal and structural components, with training provided and no prior welding experience required.

Hours are 07:00-17:00, Monday to Friday, with voluntary Saturday overtime, and pay is £13.21 per hour. You will prepare metals, grind surfaces and support yard and workshop duties, using hand and power tools in a safe environment.
