Hands-on Tech Lead Manager - Architecture & Delivery

Databricks Inc. is seeking a Tech Lead Manager to guide a 5-6 person engineering team in building Lakebase across reliability, proxy, and storage domains.

You will remain hands-on, architecting and coding while also growing the team and aligning with partner teams on dependencies. You will drive architecture and design for large-scale distributed services, set high technical standards, and help shape a long-term roadmap in collaboration with engineering and product leadership.
