Hands-On Sous Chef: Lead High-Volume Defence Catering

Compass Group UK&I ESS is seeking an experienced Sous Chef to lead our catering operation at Wattisham Airfield. You will be hands-on, lead a small team, and ensure high-quality meals for Service Personnel in a fast-paced environment.

This role offers a 37.5-hour week at £33,500 per annum with a comprehensive benefits package, including pension and staff discounts. Shifts are between 6am and 8pm to support busy service periods.
