Hands-On Sous Chef - Lead High-Volume Catering

Compass Group UK&I ESS is seeking an experienced Sous Chef for RAF Valley to lead our catering operation. This hands-on role focuses on daily feeding and function events, while developing a dedicated kitchen team in a fast-paced, structured environment.

You'll manage food preparation, ensure high standards of hygiene and safety, control stock and budgets, and deliver consistent, high-quality meals for service personnel.
