Hands-On School Catering Manager (Term-Time, 39 Weeks)

Mellors Catering in West Middleton is seeking an experienced catering manager to run the full catering provision in a high school. This hands-on role covers all aspects of catering operations, from planning to service, and requires a proactive, craft-focused approach.

We want someone with enthusiasm, strong teamwork, and a genuine passion for children and food. The position is term-time only (39 weeks) with start ASAP and reports to the Area Manager.
