Hands-On Production Operator - Permanent, Full Training

INDTECH in Royston is seeking a Production Operator to join a small but expanding team. You will manufacture and assemble specialist products, following technical instructions and production documentation.

The role requires measuring, cutting and preparing insulation materials, using jigs and hand tools, with a strong focus on quality and safety. Training is provided; permanent daytime shift in a growing business.
