Job Description
ISQ Recruitment is recruiting an Assistant Farm Manager for an established poultry breeding business. Based at its poultry rearing farm in Lincolnshire, this is an opportunity for someone with farming and people-management experience to take the next step towards farm management.
Working alongside the Farm Manager, you will supervise the farm team, coordinate workloads, maintain operational standards and provide cover when the Farm Manager is absent.
