Hands-On Operations Leader for Growth & Systems

Bristol Van Removals is seeking an experienced Operations Manager to lead day-to-day removals operations, develop teams and build scalable systems. You'll split time between the office and on-site operations, driving improvements and ensuring high standards.

You will manage Team Leaders, oversee fleet readiness, resolve escalations and support recruitment and staff development as the business grows. A strong removals/ops background and a UK driving licence are essential.
