Hands-On Operations & HR Manager

Sheridan Maine are looking for an Operations Manager to join an organisation in the Andover area, taking responsibility for the day to day operational management of the business. You will work closely with senior management to ensure the smooth running of the business and that operational, HR and Health & Safety processes are well managed and compliant.

This hands-on role requires good organisational and communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
