Hands-On Managing Director - West London - £50k -£60k basic (depending on experience)

Our client is a creative print provider delivering signage, manufacturing signage, building bespoke retail graphics and installing captivating displays across commercial, retail and corporate worlds.

This role offers the opportunity to take control of a small but long-established business and lead it forward. The organization is small enough for a hands on approach, requiring strategic guidance across all areas.

• Provide strategic guidance and lead the business forward.
• Apply multi faced experience in signage and graphics - sales, account management and production.
• Deal with incoming inquiries, attend site visits and liaise with suppliers.
• Supervise, motivate and support staff, adopting a team approach and maintaining open communication.
• Work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Maintain outstanding communication skills internally and externally.

• Proven leadership experience in the signage and graphics industry.
• Background in sales, account management and production.
• Strong communication, interpersonal and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
• Experience commanding both front line operational and strategic roles.
