Hands-On Managing Director - West London - £50k -£60k basic (depending on experience)

Our client comes up with creative ways to make brands stand out, flourish and talk to desired audiences. They make ideas come to life; printing, manufacturing signage, building bespoke retail graphics and installing captivating displays. Part of a larger group, this print provider truly makes its customers', within the commercial, retail and corporate worlds, vision become a reality.

We have an opportunity to take control of this small but long established business and lead it forward. Due to the size of the organisation, this post will be very hands on and you will be required to provide strategic guidance in all areas. We are therefore looking for a leader with a multi-faceted background in the signage and graphics industry, someone who has spent time in sales, account management and production departments.

• Ensure the company achieves its mission and objectives as a highly motivated individual who works well under pressure and to tight deadlines.
• Communicate effectively both internally and externally, dealing with incoming inquiries, attending site visits, and managing suppliers.
• Supervise, motivate and support staff, applying a team approach and maintaining open communication.

• Natural-born leader currently in a managerial position looking to take the next step up in their career.
• Multi-faceted background in signage and graphics industry, with experience in sales, account management and production departments.
• Outstanding communication skills.
