Hands-On Lead Sous Chef for High-Volume Kitchen

Compass Group UK&I ESS is seeking an experienced Sous Chef to lead our Kendrew Barracks catering operation in Cottesmore. You will be hands-on, support your team, and deliver high-quality meals in a fast-paced, structured environment.

Responsibilities include daily feeding, function catering, budgeting, stock control and maintaining food safety standards while developing a small team and ensuring excellent presentation and service.
