Hands-On HMO Property Portfolio Manager

FPMR Ltd is seeking a hands-on Property Manager to manage a portfolio of HMOs in Reading and ensure safety, compliance and care across all properties.

You will visit sites, spot issues early and coordinate trades, while maintaining tenancy records and ensuring licences and inspections are up to date. Full training on the property management system will be provided. A UK driving licence and willingness to travel between properties are essential.
