Hands-On Health and Safety Lead - Manufacturing

Years is seeking a hands-on HSE/Compliance Lead to build health, safety and engineering safety foundations for SALSA readiness while protecting APHA approval. You will create documentation, run risk assessments, and coordinate with external partners and site leaders to embed safe practices across production and maintenance.

You'll write SOPs, deliver floor training, and develop a competency matrix, balancing audits with day-to-day operations and inductions with People & Culture.
