The RoleWe are currently looking for a top notch Head of Planning to join our team. As a dynamic and tech driven start up, curiosity and ingenuity are two of the main traits that we love about our applicants! You will be a key leader for our fast growing team.

Department Heads can switch easily between being very hands on and delegating, depending on the scenario. Our clients include major Owner/Operators, Main Contractors and Subcontractors, with project values between £1m and £1B+ in the UK and Europe wide. Some travel is required to stay connected with clients and spend time with your team.
Qualifications- A construction engineering background: over 10 years of experience delivering engineering and construction projects, expert level skills in Primavera P6 or Asta, strong Excel capabilities, solid interest in data and coding skills a welcome bonus.
- Communication skills: strong communicator in English with charisma and influence to guide people towards the best approach, even in challenging situations.
- Leadership capabilities: demonstrated history of leading large teams at the department level, passionate about helping others grow, both professionally and personally, and lead by example with a dynamic, people first approach.
- Impact: proven track record of implementing innovative solutions that created real, measurable impact across projects and teams. You don't just deliver, you elevate how things are done.
