Compensation

• $55,000 - $75,000

What You'll Be Doing

• Support the Operations Manager with production and process improvement projects
• Work hands-on in a manufacturing environment to troubleshoot and optimize workflows
• Analyze data in Excel to identify efficiencies and track performance
• Collaborate cross-functionally to solve mechanical and process challenges
• Assist with implementation of engineering solutions on the production floor
• Communicate updates and insights to leadership and team members

What You'll Need to be Considered

• Comfort working both hands-on in a plant and analytically in Excel
• Experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment
• Strong communication skills and team-oriented mindset
• Background in mechanical, process, or industrial engineering concepts
• Bilingual in Spanish is a plus
