Hands-On Café Manager: Menu & Team Leader

Langworthy Cornerstone Association in Salford is seeking a hands-on Jigsaw Café Manager to run the day-to-day operations of the community café and lead the team. The role combines cafe management with food preparation, menu development and a focus on affordable, quality food and drinks for local customers.

You will manage staff and volunteers, develop training, maintain high hygiene and health and safety standards, and supervise stock, budgets and rota planning.
