Job Description
Ellis Mack Recruitment is seeking an hands-on Assistant Restaurant Manager for a prestigious 5 Star Resort in Ayrshire. You will report to the Restaurant Manager, uphold brand standards across multiple venues, and lead from the front in a fast paced hospitality operation.
