Hand-Soldering Technicians

Metropole Products is always looking for experienced Hand-Soldering Technicians to assemble and solder RF and microwave components with precision and accuracy. If you have expertise in soldering and PCB assembly, we want to hear from you!

• Hand-solder small and delicate RF components onto PCBs.
• Inspect solder joints and ensure compliance with IPC standards.
• Work with engineers to troubleshoot and improve assembly processes.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment.

• Proven experience in hand soldering and PCB assembly.
• Familiarity with IPC-A-610 and J-STD-001 standards.
• Strong hand-eye coordination and attention to detail.
• Ability to work with precision tools.
