RecruitEasy are looking for an experienced Hand Picker/Sorter to work for our client based in Exeter, Devon.

• Pay rate: £14.25 £15.00 per hour (paid weekly)
• Location: Exeter

Responsibilities

• Work effectively within a team oriented environment
• Sort various minerals and raw materials, including aluminium, stainless steel and copper
• Clean spills in and around the installation
• Monitor the production process and report any malfunctions or obstructions to the Team Leader
• Assist with cleaning and maintenance of the installation during and at the end of production
• Work flexibly across different tasks and support colleagues when required
• Travel to other campaign locations for short periods when necessary
• Report unsafe situations, faults or operational issues promptly
• Follow all company health & safety procedures and regulations

Requirements

• Full UK driving licence
• Practical, hands on approach to work
• Strong work ethic and positive attitude
• Motivated and willing to learn new skills
• Ability to work as part of a team
• Flexible and adaptable to changing workloads
• Commitment to maintaining high health and safety standards
