Overview

On behalf of the hospital in West Midlands we are looking for an experienced Haematology Consultant available for 6 months.

Responsibilities

4 clinics a week
1 admin session
1 lab session
1 session forward and cancer MDT sessions
1 ward session
2 sessions for - prescribing/admin/daytime on call
The general job plan is for 3 weeks out of 4. In the fourth week, clinics are cancelled to allow ward and inpatient duties.

Town-based hospital with all local amenities nearby
Local accommodation can be arranged
Negotiable pay terms depending on experience & credentials
Oncall ratio, 1 in 5
Consultation with the lead can be arranged to discuss requirements & eventual limitations
