About Your New Job

• As the Health & Safety Advisor, you will ensure all construction activities adhere to relevant legislation and company standards across multiple residential developments.
• You will advise site management on all Health & Safety issues, undertake regular site inspections, and conduct audits and risk assessments.
• You'll be responsible for delivering training and fostering a proactive safety culture, reporting directly to the Health & Safety Manager.
• You'll actively contribute to incident investigations and provide recommendations for continuous improvement.

What Skills You Need

• Minimum Level 7 qualification in Health & Safety or a related field is essential.
• Proven experience in Health & Safety within residential construction is required.
• Full clean Driver Licence as occasional travel to sites within Dublin.
• Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a proactive attitude.
• Ability to work independently and influence best practice across site teams.
