JD Gyms in Tees Valley is seeking a proactive Gym Manager to lead a high performing team and drive membership sales. You will ensure safe, clean facilities, deliver outstanding member service and act as an ambassador for the brand.

With experience in leisure management and a Level 2 Gym Instructor qualification, you will motivate staff, coordinate local marketing and help achieve ambitious targets while maintaining exceptional standards across the site.
