Gym Operations & Membership Growth Manager

JD Gyms in Glasgow is seeking a hands-on Gym Manager to lead a thriving fitness facility. You will maintain high standards, drive member engagement, and work with the General Manager to develop the business and membership base.

Responsibilities include open/close operations, early mornings and weekends, safety checks, adhering to policies, achieving sales targets, and ensuring cleanliness and brand standards across the gym. Experience in leisure management and Level 2 Gym Instructor is preferred.
