Guillotine Operator (Night Shift)

Due to continued growth at Pureprint Group, we are looking to recruit a Guillotine Operator to join our night shift team based in Uckfield.

This is an excellent opportunity for a reliable, enthusiastic, and motivated individual to join a fast-paced print production environment. We are looking for someone with a positive attitude, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work as part of a team.

The successful candidate will primarily be responsible for operating guillotine machinery, ensuring all work is completed accurately, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Operating guillotine machinery safely and efficiently
• Accurately cutting printed materials to specification
• Maintaining high quality and productivity standards
• Supporting other finishing processes where required
• Following health & safety and production procedures

Skills & Experience

• Previous experience within print finishing or print production would be advantageous
• Guillotine operating experience preferred
• Reliable and punctual
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Willingness to undertake further training and development
