A Guest Services Manager is required for a high-level, luxury hotel located in Berkshire.
This role requires candidates to have a valid UK work visa or settled status.

As Guest Services Manager, you will:
- Manage all day-to-day guest services and oversee the reception desk to ensure smooth operations
- Handle guest queries and requests efficiently through your team
- Be highly organized with excellent communication skills, both face-to-face and over the phone
- Demonstrate strong management and leadership skills, working well both independently and as part of a team
