Guest Services Lead - Health & Activity Centre (Part-Time)

Dorset Council is seeking a Customer Service Officer to join their Health & Activity team at the Golf & Activity Centre within Moors Valley Country Park.

This part-time role (30 hours a week) involves delivering excellent customer service, managing bookings and payments, and ensuring a welcoming environment. The ideal candidate should have experience in a busy customer-facing role and enjoy working with people to promote health and wellbeing.

In addition to standard opening and closing duties, weekend and bank holiday work will be required. A uniform will be provided, and a basic DBS check is necessary for this role.
