Guest Services Executive - Maternity Cover (Reservations)

St Brides Spa Hotel in Saundersfoot is seeking a Guest Services Executive on a maternity cover to join the Front Office team. You will warmly welcome guests, manage reservations for rooms, restaurant and spa, and respond to inquiries via phone, email and online channels.

The role requires excellent communication, IT skills, and the ability to upsell while maintaining high service standards. 37.5 hours weekly with a pay rate of £12.92 per hour and benefits.
