Guest-Focused Ground Floor Team Member - Permanent & Training

Premier Inn in Leicester is hiring a Ground Floor Team Member to welcome guests, check them in and support their dining experiences. You'll cover breakfast and dinner service, sometimes behind the bar, while helping solve guest questions and keeping public areas welcoming.

No two shifts are the same; you'll move between reception, restaurant and other hotel areas, ensuring a smooth stay for guests from arrival to departure. Training is provided and progression opportunities exist.
