Job Description

SEA LIFE Scarborough is seeking a Guest Experience Team Leader to create unforgettable memories for every guest. You will lead from the front, delivering engaging educational experiences and bringing the marine world to life for visitors, including school sessions, animal talks and family activities.

You will coach the guest experience team, ensure high standards of service, and oversee daily operations while developing the Education Volunteer programme and school relationships.
