Guest Experience Receptionist

Bespoke Hotels is seeking an exceptional Receptionist to join its team, delivering courteous, efficient service and maximising room revenues in line with company standards. The ideal candidate will have strong communication and organisational skills with at least one year of relevant experience.

You will be the first point of contact for guests, handling check-in/out, queries and bookings while upholding Bespoke's Be-Attitude values and ensuring guest satisfaction across daily operations.
