Guest Experience Maestro: Bar, Restaurant & Conferencing

Accor is seeking staff to work across the bar, restaurant and conferencing areas at Novotel and ibis Southampton. The role offers varied experiences in different environments, with a pay rate of £12.95 per hour plus tips. Shifts run 7 days a week, from as early as 5.30am to as late as 2am.

Applicants should enjoy working around people; hospitality experience is welcome but not required. This is a frontline role in a dynamic hotel group committed to inclusive hiring.
