Guest Experience Liaison & Booking Coordinator

Mitie Group plc. is seeking a Customer Liaison Representative for the Link Facility at BAE Systems locations in Warton & Samlesbury. You will greet and direct visitors, manage the booking system, and ensure a welcoming, safe environment.

Your role is the face of the Link Facility, supporting security, venue operations and continuous improvement efforts. Working hours are 42 hours per week with shifts from Monday to Friday, and a competitive hourly rate of £13.45.
