Guest Experience Leader, Front of House

Bannatyne in Worksop is seeking a Front of House Manager to lead the reception team and ensure exceptional member and guest experiences. You will oversee daily front desk operations, bookings and payments, while modelling outstanding customer service and a professional, welcoming environment.

You will coordinate staff schedules, conduct coaching and reviews, and support budgeting and financial planning for front of house activities.
