Guest Experience Host: Welcome & Service Team Member

The National Trust for Places of Historic Interest or Natural Beauty is looking for a Visitor Welcome Assistant at Polesden Lacey, Dorking. In this role, you will warmly welcome visitors and provide them with the information they need for an enjoyable visit. This is a flexible position based on 480 annualised hours, averaging about 10 hours a week.

Your responsibilities include managing admissions, selling memberships, and addressing visitor inquiries. Success in this role requires a customer-focused attitude and a willingness to work within a diverse team. The position offers various perks including free entry to National Trust locations.
