Guest Experience Host: Warm Welcome & Service Excellence

Haven is seeking a Guest Experience Team Member to join our reception teams across our parks. This role offers full-time, part-time or seasonal hours with pay up to £12.71 per hour depending on age.

You will greet guests, listen to questions, and collaborate with the team to deliver memorable experiences. You will be trained to provide outstanding customer service, handle guest concerns with patience and tact, and help create a welcoming, safe environment for guests and holiday homeowners alike.
