Guest Experience Host - Visitor Services

National Trust for Scotland at Brodie Castle is seeking energetic, cheerful team members for our Food and Beverage operation. No prior experience is required; you will chat with guests, ensure they feel welcomed, and help create memorable moments while serving in our café/outlets.

You will provide exceptional customer service, assist with upselling and promotional campaigns, and support events and site operations as needed. A positive attitude and willingness to work flexible hours are essential.
