Guest Experience Host - Front Desk & Reservations

Din Tai Fung UK is seeking friendly Hosts/Receptionists to join our Selfridges team. You'll be the first point of contact, delivering a warm welcome and managing reservations and seating.

Responsibilities include handling guest inquiries, processing payments, and supporting front of house operations to maintain smooth service. We're looking for energetic individuals who communicate well, stay calm under pressure, and are flexible to a rotating schedule, including evenings and weekends.
