Guest Experience Host - Flexible Hours

Tenpin is seeking a Customer Service Assistant to deliver an excellent guest experience by managing reception bookings, answering enquiries, and hosting events across multiple attractions such as Laser Arena, Escape Rooms and karaoke rooms.

You will serve food and drinks, keep the centre clean and welcoming, and work across departments to support children's parties and events. This role requires energy, confidence and a proactive, friendly approach.
