Guest Experience F&B Team Member

Brightstar Hospitality Management in Birmingham seeks an enthusiastic F&B Team Member to deliver warm, professional service across our restaurants, bars, and room service. You'll greet guests, take orders, and ensure every interaction is smooth, welcoming and aligned with our standards.

You'll work closely with kitchen and front-of-house teams, maintain clean dining areas, upsell offerings, and support a positive team environment while upholding health and safety guidelines.
