Guest Experience Concierge (Hotel Reception)

A leading hotel chain in Sutton Coldfield is seeking a Receptionist to provide outstanding guest service and manage reception duties. You will register and check out guests, ensuring their experiences are memorable while upholding hotel policies. Ideal candidates have excellent customer service skills and can remain calm under pressure. This role is zero-hours with approximately 16 hours a week, including weekends, and pays £13.17 per hour including gratuities.
